The Ultimate Kitchen Remodel

img_7248

Shuang Su Designs – Located in a tranquil Mid-Peninsula neighborhood, this 60s ranch-style house was completely transformed from an outdated old house into a modern retreat. The biggest makeover involved relocation and remodeling of the kitchen. Prior to the remodel, the house is just over 1700 sqft with separate family room and living room but the kitchen was cornered into a 10′ x 10′ space. The designer moved the kitchen from its cramped location into what used to be the family room. The gourmet kitchen now has European style cabinets with pure white quartz countertop and a gorgeous waterfall island that comfortably sits three.

Two-week total transformation

Living Room 5_Fotor

The first time I saw this condo it had an old kitchen with tile countertop and very old cabinets. The bathrooms were also outdated. The carpet was about 10 years old and looked a bit tired. The seller was under a tight budget and even tighter TWO-WEEK timeline.

The kitchen was completely remodeled with “Snowy Pebble” quartz countertop, “Chiaro Brick” travertine backsplash and high-end stainless steel appliances.

The master bathroom vanity was replaced with a dark maple one finished with a slightly sparkly quartz countertop.

The guest bathroom was upgraded to a granite vanity.
